Shipping policy

At Highland Hounds Pet Nutrition, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing, delivery and tracking your order.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer than usual. If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll be sure to let you know via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer $9.99 flat-rate shipping Australia-wide, with the option to add Shipping Protection for $1.99 at checkout for extra peace of mind.
$4.99 flat-rate shipping within the Southern Highlands

Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched are:

NSW: 2–4 business days
VIC, ACT & QLD: 3–5 business days
SA, WA, TAS & NT: 4–6 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the delivery carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Damaged or Lost Orders

We take great care when preparing and packing every Highland Hounds order. Once your parcel has been handed over to the delivery carrier, however, transit is outside of our direct control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at woof@highlandhounds.com.au, along with photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For additional peace of mind, Shipping Protection is available for $1.99 at checkout and is highly recommended.
